# FEBRUARY
This release includes continued improvements to the DX2 Portal.

# Enhancement - Improve attachment filtering in sending email to DX2 capture
DX2 capture improves the way users can filter files and images before sending them to capture.
Prior to the change DX2 capture would send any PDF or image files that are attached to the email to invoice capture. This included images within an email signature.
The change made in this release for DX2 capture will now only send attachments for emails. Images and files embedded in emails such as signature logos will be excluded.
# Fix - Allow a disabled user to be removed from the Security Group
DX2 users that have been disabled are now able to be removed from the security groups. Previously they needed to be removed from the security group before being disabled.

# Fix - Resolve temporary issues with DX2 Capture OCR accuracy
DX2 Capture uses OCR technology to convert PDF and image files to text. There was a temporary issue with the OCR technology we use which resulted in degraded text recognition. This was often seen as numbers and text not being interpretted correctly or fuzzy text not being recognized at all. This issue has now been resolved and was only present from 2023-02-26 to 2023-03-01.
# New - Share Receipt Advice documents
You can now share Receipt Advice documents with the share functionality.
# New - Flip Document Action
You can now add the Flip Document action to create a new DX2 document and send it to another Trading Partner.
- The 'Trading Partner Key' field is optional; if left blank, the new document will be sent back to the sender of the original document.
- The 'Document Type' field is required; this is the document type that will be created. Use the document type key to specify the document type. See the Document Type page for a list of available document types.
# New - Statement Preview
You can now preview statements in the documents page.
# New - Share Statement documents
You can now share Statement documents with the share functionality.
